Areas of focus

Alexandra’s practice focuses on providing legal support and counseling services to international and domestic corporations. She advises clients on their entry into the Greek market and provides support with respect to the incorporation of entities and their daily corporate & business needs. Alexandra has assisted in multiple M&A transactions across various sectors. She has been involved in performing complex due diligence, drafting and negotiating the legal documentation as well as supporting the post-merger/acquisition implementation. She has also demonstrated experience in the fields of banking and capital markets and is engaged in portfolio acquisitions, complex project finance and restructuring projects.

Prior to joining Platis – Anastassiadis & Associates Law Partnership, associated with EY Greece, member of the EY Law network Alexandra was working as a Senior Associate Lawyer at a prominent Athens-based Law Firm.

She has a degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of Athens (LL.B., 2010) and a master’s degree in Business Law from Université Paris II –Panthéon Assas (Master 2 recherche, 2012).
