Efstathia Stavropoulou

Efstathia is an Associate at Platis – Anastassiadis & Associates Law Partnership, associated with EY Greece, member of the EY Law network and joined the firm in October 2021.

She focuses on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law and is gaining experience in the Special Administration procedures of L. 4307/2014 and the Insolvency procedures of L. 4308/2020.

Prior to joining Platis – Anastassiadis & Associates Law Partnership, associated with EY Greece, member of the EY Law network, Efstathia worked in distinguished law firms based in Athens, handling a wide spectrum of cases concerning Civil and Banking Law, while her duties included both the provision of advisory services and the representation of financial institutions at litigation level.

She is also acquainted with real estate due diligence, whilst also having dealt with Golden Visa Issuance procedures for foreign investors.

Efstathia holds a degree in Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, an LLM in “Public International Law” from the aforementioned University and is currently completing her MSc in “Business for Lawyers” in Alba Graduate Business School. She was admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 2021.
