Eleftherios Tranakos

Eleftherios primarily focuses on bankruptcy, restructuring, insolvency, commercial, and civil law.

Eleftherios provides legal advice and court representation in insolvency and bankruptcy law proceedings. He participates in legal proceedings for debt restructuring of legal entities and individuals. He handles all insolvency law proceedings, including non-performing loans, debt collection, and enforcement.

Before joining Platis-Anastassiadis and Associates Law Partnership, Eleftherios worked at a major Greek law firm in the fields of bankruptcy, restructuring, insolvency, Judicial and Extrajudicial Restructuring, civil, commercial, and Financial Criminal Law.

Eleftherios holds an LL.B. from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (Faculty of Law, 2019) and an M.Sc. from the Department of Banking and Financial Management at the University of Piraeus in Banking and Finance Law (2021).

Since 2021, he has been a member of the Athens Bar Association and a member of the Union of Greek Publicists – Greek Public Law.

Eleftherios is a member of our firm's restructuring and insolvency team, which consists of established legal advisors in this field, with a proven track record of participation in common and special insolvency proceedings, pre-insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, as well as special administration and special liquidation proceedings.
