Evangelia Nikolopoulou

Evangelia joined Platis – Anastassiadis & Associates Law Partnership, associated with EY Greece, member of the EY Law network in 2017. She specializes in insolvency procedures and corporate issues and has demonstrated her experience through complex pre-bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings of private and public sector companies, to which she provides legal and consulting services for the purpose of conducting and completing these procedures.

Evangelia also has significant experience in handling a wide range of cases, even at the judicial level, especially concerning civil and commercial law, with emphasis on corporate law issues. Her range of provided services also includes legal and consulting services in complex transactions, as well as in drafting projects’ contracts, including her participation in negotiations until final closure. 

Prior to joining Platis – Anastassiadis & Associates Law Partnership, associated with EY Greece, member of the EY Law network Evangelia was working as an in-house lawyer for a major aviation company. She has also worked as an associate lawyer at a top tier Athens-based law firm, providing legal advice exclusively to a leading corporate group operating in the infrastructure sector.

Evangelia holds an LL.B. from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (Faculty of Law, 2007) and an LL.M. in Labor Law (2013) from the above university. She is a member of the GSEE Labor Institute’s Register of Scientific Associates and was admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 2009.
