Marina-Eleni Theodorou

Marina-Eleni is an associate lawyer at the Platis – Anastassiadis & Associates Law Partnership, associated with EY Greece, member of the EY Law network. She joined the firm in April 2018 and has 5 years of experience in bankruptcy procedures, as well as in handling Commercial and Corporate Law cases.

Marina-Eleni is dealing with entities subjected to Special Administration procedure of Law 4307/2014, providing legal support to the Special Administrator on day-to-day issues during its term, and until the distribution of the auction proceeds to the entity’s creditors.

She also provides advisory services on debt restructuring issues, negotiation, drafting and execution of “pre-pack” rehabilitation agreements under the Greek Bankruptcy Code,  participating in bankruptcy and special liquidation procedures.

Prior to joining Platis – Anastassiadis & Associates Law Partnership, associated with EY Greece, member of the EY Law network, Marina-Eleni has been extensively exposed to a wide spectrum of cases concerning Banking Law and Law 3869/2010, both providing advisory services to financial institutions and representing them at a litigation level. She also has great experience in real estate legal due diligence.

Marina-Eleni is a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2015. She holds a Degree in Law from the Νational and Kapodistrian University of Athens and an M.Sc. (hons) from the University of Piraeus, titled: “Financial and Institutional Framework of money and capital markets”.
