Paola Mammou

Paola has nine years of professional experience in the fields of corporate, commercial and labor law. She also has extensive experience in liquidation practice, corporate governance procuring and bankruptcy procedures. She is providing legal consulting in a wide range of corporate clients, ensuring compliance with the law and all respective authorities and regulators.

Paola also represents corporate clients in debt recovery proceedings, restructuring projects, and financial agreements with creditors, working closely with the clients’ management and providing guidance throughout the negotiations with creditors.

Her dedicated corporate and labor practice includes consulting and handling of a big variety of corporate legal processes, assisting management with employment law concerns, providing guidance on a management level and ensuring compliance with legal rules and regulation, as well as representing corporate clients before courts on various legal aspects (administrative boards, court trials, litigation practice, employment law claims, etc.). 

She provides legal services to major companies under special administration, handling a variety of legal matters, including legal due diligence on the company’s assets, corporate litigation, corporate compliance, drafting of all corporate documentation and negotiations with the creditors, providing guidance in the process of selling the company’s assets (through public auctions), as well as the distribution of the final amount from the sale of its assets. 

Paola has been actively involved in various due diligence projects, addressing both corporate and labor law issues, highlighting potential liabilities which may arise as a result of a change in control or a transfer of business.
